Los LOT-0006:
The Technical Consultancy will provide comprehensive consultancy services covering all aspects of BIT’s activities. This includes, but is not limited to: infrastructure assessment, systems integration, network design and implementation, software development, cybersecurity, data management, and cloud computing.
Proposals for variants, the effect of which would be to reduce significantly the rights and safeguards of the EPO, are not allowed. Questions submitted after the deadline for receipt of requests for clarification will not be answered. After expiry of the deadline, the questions submitted by others and the corresponding clarifications will be available in the BIDDING COCKPIT. The services shall take place at Contractor's premises, unless otherwise stated in the individual Work Package Order(s) placed under the framework agreements. This includes Service Desk, Incident & Problem Management, Onsite Support, VIP Support, 2nd Level Support, Audio-Video support, endpoint management, software packaging, workstation engineering and user registration.

Los LOT-0001:
All services related to the physical IT infrastructure of the EPO Data Centres and the EPO buildings. It therefore encompasses services in the Data Centre like hardware installation, patching, cabling but also remote operations of IT infrastructure (network, servers and storage equipment, etc.). For the campus networks the contractor will perform all onsite (e.g. patching, cabling, physical troubleshooting, etc.) and remote activities (e.g. configuration, alarm monitoring, software updates, etc.).
